Tom Rosenthal is a professional photographer residing in Chatham, New York. He teaches ashtanga yoga at Sruti Yoga Center in Great Barrington, MA

The “mirror” of ashtanga yoga reflects things as they really are.  During yoga practice I look deep inside.  Over time, this has resulted in feelings of joy, compassion, heightened awareness, and increased creative energy.  My photography practice enables me to reflect in the same profound way, but also allows me to hold onto something material, because the photos remain.  The practice begins and ends.  The photos remain.
